Such a big and great hotel! This place is exactly how I prefer it. It has many perfect restaurants and healthy food. I saw Russian side of Black sea-its very interesting! Russian service and culture-you must have to feel it. Quiet, nice reseptionists and ambiance. The garden near the hotel was also a treat. Nice location in the center of the SOCHI…. great room well decorated…. Just come and enjoy it.... for business or pleasure.
Zhemchuzhina is big hotel, located in centre. So not only beach, but also main street with restaurants, enbankment, parks and sightseeings are near. Some rooms are renovated, some- not. I was upgraded to better one. View from my window was amazing - blue sea and great sunsets. On evening I used to walk on the enbankment or Platan street - it is just 5 minutes walk from Hotel.

My friends suggested that we should stay in this more Soviet style hotel for our weekend in Sochi. From the outside it really looks like a classical Soviet hotel, but otherwise it was perfect for the price. A very nice pool area, ok rooms with balcony, nice bar on the first floor, and located in the center of everything. This was rated as a 3 star hotel, and in that it exceed expectations very well.I see no reason for booking some more expensive hotels, as this serves very well the purpose for a shorter stay.

Hi. We decided to spend vacations in Sochi at the very last moment. We have chosen Parus Hotel first but we were chocked upon the arrival. Main building is located almost at the football field near the railway & the rates are very high. Seaside building is under reconstruction, corridors are dirty. Beach is nearby but it is very small .So we decided to move to Zhemchuzhina. We found ourselves in heaven! They met us very friendly. We got pool view room. It was about 8 p.m. We went for walk, visited the restaurant so we had really romantic evening))) The morning started very well. Beach with pebbles & sand, large swimming pool & kid swimming pool, giant seafront with bars & restaurants. The disco club did not disturb us at all. The hotel amenities are very good for 3stars. Polite staff, security…Location is great (no railway nearby): parks, Dendrarium, Dolphinarium, Zimniy Theatre are in walking distance. I like fun & I had an opportunity to entertain myself a lot)))) Few words about the excursions. They are expensive. We visited sights without guide. The way to Roza Khutor takes about 2 hours by 105c bus. Cable road fee is 850 rubles but you may choose the shortest & cheapest one. On the way back we visited the trout farm. 33 waterfalls is beautiful place but I have not seen 33 waterfalls). We saved some money. I will come back to Zhemchuzhina with great pleasure!
