“Kinotavrik®” October 29 through November 6

XI International children art and sports festival “KINOTAVRIK®” will be held in Sochi October 29 through November 6, 2011.
Under the auspices of:
Ministry for Culture of the Russian Federation,
Sochi Administration,
Alexander Tkachev, Governor of the Krasnodar region.
The main participants of the festival are young talents and creative teams, as well as children without parental custody, and those from orphanages and residential homes.
The chief goal of “KINOTAVRIK®” festival is to:
Unite all the festival participants and to make it a place of interaction of different cultures, communities, and traditions. The festival becomes a regular international meeting point for children representing various communities and faith, ethnic groups united by the creative idea.
The following categories are introduced in the framework of “KINOTAVRIK®” art festival:
1. Vocal.
2. Choreography.
3. Fashion.
4. Theater/musical.
5. “Debut” contest (movies by film studios for children and youth).
6. Children and youth movies contest.
7. Individual performances contest.
Conditions for participation in “KINOTAVRIK®” festival in Sochi:
6-17 age group.
