Zhemchuzhina Hotel was opened up in 1973. The hotel complex has not ceased developing; on the contrary we are keeping pace with the times; the beach area, saunas were refurbished, new conference halls welcome their guests. During the year of 2007 alone the 3 floors and 108 rooms have been reconstructed and put into operation. These are Comfort double/twin, Superior Comfort double rooms, suites and suites front sea view. All of them offer amazing panoramic sea view which makes you feel absolute freedom. Currently there are 311 4-star rooms in Zhemchuzhina which fully meet the world standards in matters of amenities.

Zhemchuzhina hotel complex has been included in “The programme for Olympic objects construction and the development of Sochi as a mountain resort” by the RF government decree dated 11.06.2008 № 443. The September of 2013 will witness the hotel entirely renovated with 963 4-star rooms. The Olympic games of 2014 will see a new aspect of Zhemchuzhina hotel complex, that of the future Russia when it will be able to welcome and accommodate thousands of guests and participants of this global-scale event. The exterior of the hotel complex as well as the interior will soon change completely before your very eyes. The hotel will become both comfortable and opulent.

Today the hotel offers 956 rooms and suites, 891 rooms of first category and 65 suites of superior category. Each of them has a balcony, phone, TV, radio, refrigerator, private bathroom with shower or bathtub.

First category rooms include 547 standard twin, 98 standard single, 210 comfort double/twin and 36 superior comfort double rooms.

Superior category comprises 12 junior suites, 37 suites, 8 suites front sea view, 7 business suites and 1 President suite. Check-out time is 12 noon, local time. Check-in is 3 p.m. during high season.

All rooms have security card locks.
