First category (891 rooms): 547 standard twin rooms, 98 standard single rooms, 210 comfort double/twin rooms, and 36 superior comfort double rooms.
Superior category (65 suites): 12 junior suites, 37 suites, 8 suites front sea view, 7 business suites, 1 president suite.
The 19-storey hotel was built in 1973. The renovation of the rooms and the whole complex is being held stage by stage. Last time the hotel was refurbished in 2007, the next renovation is planned for the autumn of 2011.
Zhemchuzhina will get a fresh look in autumn, 2013 featuring 963 4 star rooms.
